Every AquaDual system is backed by our trusted limited warranty to give you peace of mind and total pool comfort all year round.

Base Limited Warranty

• ✔️ 2-year warranty on heat pump electronic components
• ✔️ 5-year warranty on the compressor
• ✔️ Coverage includes **manufacturer defects in parts only**
• ❌ Warranty does not include labor or shipping costs
• 📆 Warranty begins on the **purchase date** shown on your invoice

How to Request Warranty Service

• ✅ Provide your unit’s model number, serial number, and purchase date
• ✅ Submit clear photos or videos of the defective unit or parts
• 📧 Email your warranty request to: support@aquadual.com

What is NOT Covered

• ❌ Damage caused by natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, lightning, etc.)
• ❌ Issues due to improper installation or failure to follow product instructions
• ❌ Operation outside recommended temperature, water quality, or voltage ranges
• ❌ Lack of maintenance, dirty filters, or blocked fins
• ❌ Unauthorized modifications or wiring changes
